Owatonna Sports & Physical Therapy has been locally owned and has served the Owatonna and surrounding communities for over 40 years! We are proud to provide personalized care and rehabilitation for a variety of orthopedic and general medical conditions.
We provide therapeutic care and rehabilitation for a variety of orthopedic conditions including neck pain, head aches, shoulder pain, back pain, hip and knee pain, knee and ankle sprains, bursitis as well as post operative rehabilitation for shoulder, hip, knee and ankle surgery and joint replacement.

Direct Access
FYI, most insurance companies allow direct access to physical therapy evaluations and treatment. Meaning, you do not need a referral from your physician. If you can't get in to consult your physician, give us a call at 507-451-8254.

Orthopedic Care
Our professional team works closely with physicians and provide treatment for numerous types of orthopedic conditions, including joint and muscular pain, sprains and strains rehab after fractures.
Physical Therapy for Athletes
Get Back In the Game! Our experienced staff works closely with the local orthopedic team and medical providers and have a great working relationship with our athletic trainer. We counsel our athletes through their recovery and work toward getting them back to competition.
General Physical Therapy
In addition to orthopedics, we work with individuals with general weakness, compromised balance, vertigo and those recovering from a stroke.
Postoperative Rehabilitation
Owatonna Sports Physical Therapy provides outpatient rehabilitation for shoulder, hip, knee and ankle surgery including joint replacement.
Dry Needling
Our trained physical therapists will identify “trigger points” that may be contributing to your pain and dysfunction. Mechanical dry needling with and without the use of electrical stimulation allows the trigger point to relax and function normally again.
