Just a reminder to all of you battling joint or muscle pain or having a hard time recovering from injury, most insurance companies allow direct access to physical therapy evaluations and treatment. Meaning, you do not need a referral from your physician. If you can't get in to consult your physician, give us a call at 507-451-8254.
At OSPT, the health and safety of our patients, staff and therapists remain our top priority. We are staying informed and up to date with the latest developments and information provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We would like to inform our patients that we are closely following the CDC's guidelines to help prevent the spread of the virus and to mitigate any exposure to our patients and staff. We will continue to see patients that are healthy and able to come into the clinic. Please call our office if you have any additional questions or concerns.
All therapists and staff will be wearing masks and asking each patient to wear a mask during their PT session. Patients can bring in a mask or masks are available for use during appointment times.
We are doing everything we can to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Thank you for your cooperation and sorry for the inconvenience.

Our professional team works closely with physicians and provide treatment for numerous types of orthopedic conditions, including joint and muscular pain, sprains and strains rehab after fractures.
Our trained physical therapists will identify “trigger points” that may be contributing to your pain and dysfunction. Mechanical dry needling with and without the use of electrical stimulation allows the trigger point to relax and function normally again.
